This workshop is suitable for mums & kids (age 8-12) to try out aerial yoga together.
Each person will have their own hammock

Structured Activity For Mums: 60 mins
Coffee/Tea and Free Play: 30mins

Freeplay area set up for partners or older/younger kids to play in while waiting for the session to end

Floors will be padded & within a giant playpen!
